Legal Counsel – VP

Wadkins Associates are assisting on a unique in-house position for an Aviation Legal Counsel in Dublin.

You will work cross-functionally across the organisation, advising on a range of work such as aircraft leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and structuring. You will advise both domestic and international clients, including top-tier airlines, financiers, and trading partners.

You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements for aviation sale, leasing, purchase, and financing, as well as maintenance, OEM, and other transactional agreements. In addition, you will co-ordinate large, multi-jurisdictional transactions across international markets. You will also be able to advise on corporate and general compliance matters.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales or Irish qualified lawyers with a PQE between 2 and 5 years. A background in aircraft leasing is required.
