Non Contentious Construction Associate

Wadkins Associates are working with a leading international law firm, assisting their search for a Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer in London. 

Our client have a variety of offices across the UK and a growing overseas network. They have established a strong reputation in a variety of sectors such as commercial property, renewables and projects. They prioritise their culture and personal approach, emphasising a strong team spirit.   

You will join a specialist team and provide comprehensive advice across the non-contentious construction spectrum. The work will include negotiating and drafting construction and development contracts and advising on risks in live schemes. You will advise a range of clients, such as property developers, owners, investors and contractors.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers with a PQE between 2-4 years. A background within a construction team is required, with a specialism in non-contentious work. Experience within commercial or housing development work will be advantageous.
