Associate – Aviation Finance

Wadkins Associates are working on an NQ/Junior opportunity for an Aviation Finance Solicitor in Dublin.

Our client is renowned for their exceptional legal services and has established a reputation as a leading law firm within Ireland. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners within the firm, gaining invaluable experience as you enhance your expertise.

The successful candidate will work on a range of aviation finance deals. They provide comprehensive advice that covers alternative funding, joint ventures, cross-border structuring and regulatory compliance. In addition to this, they offer guidance on contentious issues such as insolvency and bankruptcy.

We are looking to speak with lawyers with a PQE of 0 to 3 years. A background in aviation transactions, or a seat within asset finance, is preferential.
