Wadkins Associates are working with a market-leading full-service lessor to recruit a talented Vice President for their Legal Team in Dublin.
Our client is a renowned player in the aviation industry, offering a comprehensive range of services in aircraft leasing and management. With a growing platform and a team of highly experienced professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.
You will be an integral part of the Legal Team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of transactional documents related to the aircraft leasing business. From aircraft lease agreements to purchase, sale, financing, and corporate documentation, you will have the opportunity to work as lead council and gain excellent experience in commercial negotiation and execution.
- End-to-End Transaction Management: As a key member of the legal team, you will have the opportunity to manage transactions from the initial Letter of Intent stage all the way to contract execution. This end-to-end involvement will give you a comprehensive understanding of the deal-making process in the aviation industry and allow you to develop strong project management skills.
- Professional Growth: You will be exposed to a range of interesting and varied projects, allowing you to deepen your understanding of aviation leasing and financing, corporate compliance, and governance. We are looking for an England & Wales or Irish qualified solicitor with 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience. Aviation financing experience at a law firm or in house essential.
