Banking & Finance Lawyer

Wadkins Associates is supporting a top banking firm with their search for a Banking & Finance Lawyer.

Our client is considered a premium banking outfit, offering top-of-the-range work. The team is among the biggest in Singapore and you will work alongside several top partners, allowing you to develop your expertise on a daily basis.

The role will focus on general banking & finance transactions, leveraged finance, structured finance, and loan arrangements. This position is predominantly on the lender side, with a focus on working with banks and ECAs.
