Junior to Mid Finance Lawyer

Wadkins Associates are currently working on a sought-after opportunity with a US firm in search of a Junior to Mid Finance Lawyer in London.

The firm have a strong reputation in the sector for transactional work, advising an excellent range of clients such as corporates and funders. They are a smaller firm, which will enable you to have more autonomy over your casework. They have a very capable team with experienced and highly respected partners, who work with an established client base.

They are seeking a general finance lawyer to take on range of transactions, such as leveraged finance, project finance, asset finance, cross-border corporate finance and real estate finance. This role is ideal for someone who has specialised in leveraged finance and who is keen to work on a variety of broader finance transactions.
