Project Finance – Associate

Wadkins Associates are currently working with a renowned international firm to help find a Junior to Mid Level Project Finance Lawyer in London.

Our client is ranked tier 1 on the Legal 500 and cover some of the best work within the market. You will work with highly respected partners who are recognised for their work within Latin America and Africa.

You will work on some sought-after project finance deals in emerging markets, and also have exposure to structured and mezzanine finance work. You will advise a broad range of respected clients such as debt funds, private equity investors and a mixture of sponsors and lenders.

We are looking to speak with England & Wales or common law qualified lawyers with a PQE between 0 and 5 years. A background within project finance, or broader banking & finance experience is required. French, Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be advantageous but not a necessity.
