Project Finance Lawyer

Wadkins Associates are assisting an established international law firm with their search for a Project Finance Lawyer for their Paris team where you can be based in either their Paris or London offices.

You will also work very closely with the London and Middle East offices.

The main focus will be working on project finance transactions. You will focus on a variety of projects such as floating offshore infrastructure renewables and Africa related projects. There will be an even split between lender and borrower work. There will also be some exposure to shipping related projects M&A and regulatory work.

The client are seeking an England & Wales or French qualified lawyer with a PQE between 4 and 6 years. Fluency in French and English is required and you must be able to draft in both French and English law. Project finance experience is essential.
