You will be involved in complex commercial litigation and will regularly act for the region’s most significant companies in the insurance market, shipping industry and energy sectors. Moreover, knowledge of international arbitration rules is key for this position; the successful candidate will participate in LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC and LMAA arbitrations.
The successful candidate will be an England and Wales or Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in shipping and commodities litigation.
