A longstanding client is looking to grow its aviation litigation practice in their Hong Kong office with the addition of a senior associate. We’ve been working with this client for a number of years and have an in-depth understanding of their working practice and office culture. We can use this knowledge to guide you throughout the application process.
The Hong Kong team is market leading and in a growth phase. You will be working closely with a highly experienced and well-respected partner within the aviation sector. The work will be an even mix of contentious and non-contentious aviation law.
On the contentious side, your cases will involve aviation casualties, fatalities and incidents. On the non-contentious side, you will be providing regulatory advice relating to commercial disputes, health and safety as well as airport construction and development. You may also to be exposed to some aviation finance work.

Hong Kong qualified lawyers with at least 5+ PQE with a background in aviation litigation are welcome to apply. Proficiency in written and spoken English is imperative while fluency in Chinese and Cantonese will be an additional advantage.
