The office regularly advises on complex issues relating to charterparties and contracts of carriage. The contentious practice counsels on a variety of shipping contract issues including unsafe port claims, demurrage claims and cargo and shipbuilding disputes. The transaction practice works on ship finance work, including yacht, in addition to drafting shipping contracts and clauses.
